Eligibility for Refund

Damaged or Defective Products:

  1. If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers can request a refund.
  2. The claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect Items:

  1. If the delivered item does not match the order placed, you are eligible for a refund.
  2. The claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. Non-Functioning Products:

If the product is found to be non-functional or has performance issues, refunds will be initiated upon confirmation from our technical team.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the refund will be subject to a return process.


Conditions for Refunds

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) intact.
  2. The product must be unused and in resalable condition unless it is defective.
  3. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Software, digital downloads, and subscriptions.
  2. Clearance sale or promotional items marked as non-refundable.
  3. Products that are tampered with or missing essential parts.

Return Approval:

Once the refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product.

Processing Refunds:

  • After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For other refund reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
